Artists will be notified individually when they may start booth construction in their section.
Be mindful of noise restrictions during Pageant orchestra rehearsals and Terra Restaurant events.

SUNDAY, on the Festival of Arts green, 9am Meet and Greet, 10am Information,
FOA Class of 2024 group photo to follow. Art-To-Go Donation drop-off, exhibitor Instagram Yearbook

TBA - late June 2024 / BOOTH BUILDING ENDS

Artists must complete their booth construction by 5:00 pm

June 30, 2024 / ART INSTALLATION BEGINS

24- HOUR SECURITY IN PLACE.

July 1, 2024 / ART INSTALLATION ENDS

12:00 NOON DEADLINE.
Artists must depart the grounds for final festival preparation and Jury visitation.

JULY 2, 2024 / EXHIBIT OPENING RECEPTION

JULY 3, 2024 / ART FESTIVAL OPENS TO THE PUBLIC

AUGUST 30, 2024 / FESTIVAL CLOSES + ARTWORK REMOVAL BEGINS

FRIDAY. 12:00 AM. Artists may remove art after the final patron has left the grounds.
NO BOOTH DECONSTRUCTION ALLOWED.
