The Artists Fund at  Festival of Artists a non-profit organization that respects your right to privacy and your requirements to control personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to http://www.theartistsfund-foa.org, and The Artists Fund at the Festival of Arts and governs data collection and usage. Collection of your Personal Information

“Personal information” includes, but is not limited to: name, email address, and phone number. If you make a donation or donate via a purchase of original art  from The Artists Fund’s Art-To-Go gallery, we also collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for the e-newsletter; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when making a donation and purchasing artwork donated by Festival of Arts artist to benefit our Hardship Grant. As an example, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to the donation or purchase of artwork from us.

The Artists Fund collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services (such as the purchase of art) you have requested. The Artists Fund may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other artwork for sale and events available from The Artists Fund and its affiliates.
